Wouldn’t you like to be the judge for this section!  You get to taste and sample everything, cakes and biscuits, jams and jellies.  Mouth watering stuff this is.

The James, Jellies and Preserves Section is “Living History”.  Tried and true family recipes handed down through many generations are proudly put on display.  Let’s not forget about the new generation of recipes and produce that turned into scrumptious jams, jellies and pickles.  Young and old, experienced and novice alike, chop, stir, simmer and bottle their favourite food stuffs.  Many an old cocky has stopped by the stands to admire and acquire any exhibits they can!  It seems that home cooking is still the best.  This section is as much a feast for the eyes as it is for the palate!  Row upon row of different colours, textures and produced to behold.

You can also marvel at the cake decorating section, you will be amazed at the beautiful exhibits, they look so good you wouldn’t want to eat these.
